Additional Information
When it was named, this group refers to the upper stratum of the "Hundred Thousand Dashan Group", which is a set of strata between the overlying Jurassic Wangmen Gr and the underlying Triassic Pingxiang Gr, and the age was originally set to Jurassic. Liu Zhengkun (1961) changed this set of strata to Late Triassic, and from 1972 to 1974, Guangxi Petroleum Census Team and Guangxi District Investigation Team divided the 100, 000 Dashan Group into Pingxiang Gr and Fulong Pass Gr from the bottom up. The group belonged to the late Triassic after the determination.
